Licensing

Compify's current original source is licensed under GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 only (AGPL-3.0-only), except where a nearer file or directory notice identifies different terms.

The AGPL is a strong network-copyleft license. If an operator modifies the covered program and users interact with that modified version over a network, section 13 requires the operator to offer those users the Corresponding Source. Self-hosters must point the source offer at their own deployed modifications, not only at upstream Compify.

A separately signed commercial license may be available for original Compify rights controlled by the applicable copyright holder. Contact hello@compify.app. Third-party obligations are not removed by a commercial agreement.

Earlier Compify repository states validly received under MIT remain under that prior grant. The recorded final MIT boundary is commit b0d0945c9b406c201d80528616715b699822ad03; history and immutable tags are not rewritten to imply revocation.
